About Chef Caroline

Located in Seattle, WA, Caroline is certified in the classical French cooking school, Le Cordon Bleu. Much earlier, Caroline cultivated her craft in the Midwestern heartlands—she’s as passionate for down-to-earth, savory American fare as she is for the finest Asian-fusion cuisine. And as a creative perk, Caroline’s upbringing in a Vietnamese and French home educated her in the complexities of Asian-fusion cooking techniques.

But Caroline is not only a multi-faceted chef. She loves the entire catering process, from organizing and advising to designing, preparing and serving meals for guests to enjoy. A long-time Seattle resident, she adores the produce, draws on the abundant range of ingredients and is in love with the fresh seafood.

Because Caroline believes cooking can be healing and therapeutic for everyone—and that everyone can have signature dishes they do very, very well—she is as happy to pass her cooking skills on to others as she is to use them herself. As a chef, instructor, or advisor, Caroline wants to help everyone feel they can feel confident in the kitchen.
